I had half a tree split and was a mess. These guys showed up and within a hour you didnt even know that there was anything ever there. They are awesome, very clean, very professional and i will never use no one but RMZ.Thank you Ivan and Reuben.
Wow! Fast ,neat ,polite! Excellent service....said they would be at my house at 8 am, pulled in the driveway at 8 am! Very well choreographed crew....Ill see them in the spring for more tree work..Ruben and his crew are 5 star!
Absolutely fantastic experience! From the beginning estimate and what the job would entail,to the completion of the job, all of the crew workers worked efficiently and together! Ivan had made the initial assessment of what needed to be done and how the job would be done step by step. The job of cutting up a downed tree and the complete removal of all debris/clean-up was done precisely as described.

Ivan was on time for the estimate. Explained exactly how the work would proceed, and all steps they take. Best price in town, work was done when they said it would, and cleaned up better than any tree service I have ever used. Where they had to park trucks, they took care to protect the lawn. Where there was damage, it was repaired, seeded and straw was put down. Highly recommend!! Efficient and very nice folks to work with!!
As someone who likes doing work around the house calling RMZ was the best decision I could have made. I had the trees out front of our property 30 ft plus in front of the power lines and 3 trees on a steep slope out back of the house 30 ft plus. The rope work on the trees on the slope was impressive. They cut the limbs and the trunks of the trees and lowered each piece down the slope and into the chipper without touching the ground. All in total they cut down 6 trees 4 had rut issues from the center, pruned a tree hanging over the garage, ground 9 stumps and cleaned up the debris from the trees they cut plus 5 trees I had cut. They were professional from meeting Ivan for the estimate to the guys doing the work. The job took them 1 day. I am already looking at the next projects for them do do. Thanks RMZ you made my life much easier.
Other tree removal companies around Lynchburg would take forever to respond in general or with quotes. RMZ was able to respond and provide a quote the day after and then came out that same (holiday) week to remove 4 trees on my property near my house and electrical lines on the street. The crew did excellent work in an extremely efficient and fast fashion. The yard was left in great condition and they took everything for a competitive price. Would definitely recommend RMZ!
This is our second time using RMZ and both times were 5 star jobs. The crew comes ready to work and works very hard. Extremely organized and their collective experience is apparent from the beginning of the job straight through to the finish. No wasted time or effort. I would highly recommend RMZ Tree Service.
On time, MANY $$$ less than another bidder, perfect work. All worth 5 Stars; but there is more! The crew was friendly and seemed to appreciate getting this job. An attitude too often missing when we hire people to do work in our yard and house. ( Too many tradespeople actually act like they are doing us a favor by letting us hire them. Call backs and timeliness are often ignored. Why? Too much work, too little competition, lousy attitude???)

RMZ is in an elite class. You can’t find a better crew of guys when it comes to tree service. Ruben and his crew are very professional, hard working, and diligent at their jobs. We have used them twice. Our first experience was cutting down 2 very large trees. The second job was also tree removal and smaller growing shrubbery. His crew does the job and leaves the job, giving new perspectives to your property. I highly recommend RMZ for your next tree service. Ruben will not disappoint!!
Well oiled MACHINE! RMZ Tree Service should be renamed RMZ Tree SURGEONS. Phenomenal teamwork. First rate Management. Arrived ON TIME (Actually 10 minutes early). Exceptionally friendly workmen. Attention to DETAIL was priority. Very efficient use of time. Coordination between management and workers was 2nd to none. No wasted time. When leaving, all premises were thoroughly cleaned. All limbs removed and ground raked to perfection. Without hesitation: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
